Terms and Conditions – Cashback
• This offer entitles the end user cashback on their Bank Account, UPI or Amazon Pay. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the voucher/scratch card.
• Any consumer purchasing a promotional product shall be eligible to receive a Voucher inside the pack. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the Voucher (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).
• By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
• These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made a er the expiry of the Offer Period.
• The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account Number etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the Promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.
• The payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, Payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the offer at any time during the offer period.
• In no event shall Havells India Limited and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or its partner agency be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including \redemption request not being honoured by Payment processing partner
• In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher as the case may be.
• Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bengaluru. 
• The payment processing partner reserve the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The cashback processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user identity.

General Terms and Conditions
1. This voucher offers the user to up to Rs. 1 000 Cashback (Assured Rs. 200 Cashback) at participating outlets and cities in India on all Smalls Domestic Appliances; Juicer Mixer Grinders, Mixers Grinders, Air Fryers, Irons, Induction Cooktops, OTGs, Hand blenders, OFRs, Room Heaters, Toasters and Rice Cookers.
2. Only the purchases made between 01-10-2024 to 30-11-2024 (60 days) will be considered for rewards.
3. The offer is not valid in the state of Tamil Nadu.
4. A single bill/invoice with a value more than Rs. 2000 will be valid for one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
5. This voucher is not transferable, sellable or encashable.
6. This offer is not available to dealers & distributors and employees, of Havells India Limited and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies, and their immediate families.
7. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
8. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
9. Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
10. No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices will be considered
11. The invoice/bill copy should clearly men on the eligible products.
12. The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
13. Customer purchase invoice should have customer name and mobile number, no registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
14. The customer will need to register the voucher within 15 days of their purchase or before the last date to register i.e. 15/12/2024, whichever is earlier, failing which the voucher will be invalidated and cannot be used further.
15. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
16. Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multple vouchers cannot be booked together.
17. A maximum of one voucher code can be availed per person, per mobile number, per email id, per invoice/bill, per account and per household during the Promotion period.
18. Under the promotional offer, 1 Lucky participant from PAN India excluding Tamil Nadu will be chosen during the contest period and will be eligible to win Mega Prize as Mahindra Thar (base model).
19. Participants from PAN India will be chosen through a computerized, scientific random selection by Havells or the Agency appointed by Havells.
20. Winner Selection for Mega Prizes:
a. A draw through random computerized selection will be conducted during the contest period to extract the winners.
b. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of Havells India Ltd.
d. If the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
e. Any unused prize is not transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.
f. The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC's/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.
g. Havells India Ltd. or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action and other Force Majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses
h. The winner generation of Mega Prize will be done on the basis of the Valid Unique Voucher Code Number + Unique Invoice/Bill copy, Unique mobile number + Unique PAN Card
i. All rewards and their specifications are subject to change at the sole discretion of Havells India Limited, without prior notice. The company reserves the right to substitute any reward with another item of equal or greater value.
21. Contacting Winners for the Mega Prize:
a. Once the Winners are selected, the Partner Agency (Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd.) appointed by Havells India Ltd. shall contact the customer and inform them of the prize they are eligible to claim via Email or SMS or WhatsApp or Call
b. The shortlisted winner will be required to submit the below details within 48 hours to claim the prize
i. Copy of PAN Card
ii. Copy of Aadhar Card
iii. Cancelled Cheque
iv. Copy of Bill / Invoice Copy
v. Original Voucher
c. If any shortlisted winner does not claim their reward within the stipulated time or is not interested in continuing in the Contest or is otherwise ineligible to participate no prize shall be declared in respect of the contest.
d. If shortlisted winner does not claim their reward by paying Gift tax within 15 days to Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd or in case customer does not respond, the company reserves the right to do re-draw for the Mega Prize
d. No prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the contest is not factually correct.
e. In the event of the death of the Confirmed Winner, no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the Confirmed Winner shall be entertained for receiving the prize.
f. Applicable TDS on Reward above Rs 10 000 value, to be paid by the winner before handing over the reward. All the taxes (Road, Gift, RTO, Insurance e.t.c) shall be borne by the winner.
22. Publicity:
a. The Participant/s undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit Havells to cover the Contest through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
b. The winners must, at the request of Havells, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to Havells using their name and image in promotional material.
23. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
24. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
25. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD  is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
26. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
27. Under this Promotion, the Vouchers are being offered directly by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. Havells India Limited is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher and the prize offered with this Voucher.
28. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. or Havells India Limited reserves the right to change the terms and of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability.
29. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. and Havells India Limited shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
30. Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. and Havells India Limited is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, so ware, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this Promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this Promotion.
31. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
32. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s Promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate opera on of this Promotion may be a viola on of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
33. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the Promotional offer.
34. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured offers.
35. Havells India Limited does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or by the offer partner. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd marketing such a product or service.
36. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
37. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
